Namaz ke sahi hone ki shartein

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم 


Namaaz ke sahi hone ki 6 shartein hai:-

1-Tahaarat. (paaki) 
2-Satre Aurat. (badan ka woh hissa jiska dhakna farz hai. 
3-Istiqbaale Qibla. 
4-Waqt. 
5-Niyyat. 
6-Tehreema. 
●●● Pehli shart tahaarat yaani namaazi ke badan ka hadase akbar wa asghar aur najaasate haqeeqiya qadre mane'a se yaani najaasat ki woh miqdaar jiske lage rehne se namaaz na ho usse paak hona uske kapde aur uss jagah ka jiss par namaaz padhe najaasate haqeeqiya qadre mane'a se paak hona. hadase akbar yaani woh kaam jinse gusl farz hojaaye, aur hadase asghar yaani woh kaam jinse wazu jaata raha. Pehli namaaz shart ka matlab yeh hai ki iss qadr najasat se paak hona hai ki bagair paak kiye namaaz hogi hi nahi maslan khafifa kapde ya badan ke uss hisse ki chauthai se zyada jiss mein lagi ho uska naam qadre mane'a hai aur agar isse kam hai toh iska zaail karna sunnat hai alaur najasat qadre mane'a se kam hai jabh bhi makrooh hai phir najaasate ghaliza dirham ke barabar hai toh makrooh tehreemi aur usse kam toh khilaaf e sunnat hai.

●●●Dusri shart satre awrat yaani badan ka woh hissa jiska chhupaana farz hai 
Satre awrat har haal mein wajib yaani farz hai khwah namaaz mein ho ya nahi tanha ho ya kisi ke samne bila kisi sahi garz ke tanhaayi mein bhi kholna jayez nahi aur logon ke saamne ya namaaz mein toh satr bil'ijmae farz hai yaha tak ki agar andhere makaan mein namaaz padhi agarche waha koi na ho aur uske paas itna paak kapda maujood hai ki satr ka kaam de aur nange padhi bil'ijmae namaaz na hogi magar aurat ke liye tanhaayi mein jabki namaaz mein na ho toh saara badan chhupaana wajib nahi balki sirf naaf se ghutne tak aur muharim ke saamne pet aur peeth ka chhupana bhi wajib hai aur gair mehram ke saamne aur namaz ke liye agarche tanha andheri kothri mein ho tamaam badan siva paanch uzv ke chhupaana farz hai balki jawaan aurat ko gair mardon ke samne mooh kholna bhi mana hai.
itna barik kapda jisse badan chamatka ho satre ke liye kaafi nahi usse namaaz padhi toh na hui 

●●● Teesri shart istiqbaal e qibla  yaani namaaz mein qibla yaani kaaba ki taraf mooh karna.namaaz Allah taala he ke liye padhi jaaye aur usi ke liye sajda ho agar kisi ne ma'azAllah kaabe ke liye sajda kiya haraam wa gunaahe kabira aur ibaadate kaaba ki niyyat ki jab toh khula kafir hai ki gair e khuda ki ibadat kufr hai. 

》》》Jehte(dishaa)kaaba ko mooh hone ke yeh maana hai ki mooh satah ka koi juz kaabe ki simt mein waqe'a ho toh agar qibla se kuch phira hua hai magar mooh ka koi juz kaabe ke muwajiha(muqabil)mein hai namaaz hojayegi iski miqdaar 45degree rakhi gayi hai toh agar 45degree se zayed mooh phira hua hai istiqbaal na paya gaya namaz na hui .




●●● Chauthi shart waqt hai. 

 Namaaz ke mustahab waqtoñ ka bayaan - 

》》》fajr mein taakheer mustahab hai yaani isfaar (jabh khoob ujala ho yaani zameen raushan ho jaaye) mein shuru kare magar aisa waqt hona mustahab hai ki 40 se 60 Aayat tak tarteel ke saath padh sake phir salaam karne ke baad itna waqt baaki rahe ki agar namaaz dohraana padhe toh tahaarat karke tarteel ke saath 40 se 60 ayatein dobara padh sake aur itni deir karna makrooh hai ki tuloo'e aaftaab ka shak ho jaaye. 
》》》 Aurton ke liye hamesha fajr ki namaaz awwal waqt yaani tareeki (andhere) mein padhna mustahab hai aur baaki namazon mein yeh behtar hai ki mardoñ ki jamaat ka intezaar kare jabh jamaat ho chuke toh padhe. 
》》》Jadon (sardiyon) ki zohar jaldi aur garmiyon mein takheer khwaah padhe ya jamaat ke saath. 
》》》Asar ki namaaz mein hamesha takheer mustahab hai. 
》》》Maghrib mein hamesha jaldi karna mustahab hai. 
》》》 Isha mein tihaayi raat tak takheer mustahab hai aur aadhi raat tak takheer mubaah yaani jabki aadhi raat tak hone se pehle farz padh chuke aur itni takheer ki ke raat dhal gayi makrooh hai isha ki namaaz se pehle sona aur isha ke baad duniya ki baatein karna kisse kahaani kehna sunna makrooh hai. 
》》》Namaaz ke makrooh waqton ka bayaan - Tuloo wa guroob wa nisf un nahaar in teeno waqtoñ mein koi namaaz jayez nahi na farz na wajib na nafl na ada na qaza yuñhi sajda e tilawat wa sajda e sahw bhi najayez hai albaata uss roz agar asr ki namaaz nahi padhi toh agarche aaftaab doobta ho padhle magar itni takheer karna haraam hai hadees mein isko munafiq ki namaaz farmaya.




5-Paañchvi shart niyyat hai - 
》》》Niyyat dil ke pakke irade ko kehte hai sirf jaanna niyyat nahi jabh tak ki irada na ho. niyyat mein zubaan ka aitbaar nahi yaani agar dil mein maslan zohr ka irada kiya aur zubaan se lafze asr nikla zohr ki namaaz ho gayi. zubaan se keh lena mustahab hai aur ismein kuch arabi ki taqsees nahi faarsi wagaira mein bhi ho sakti hai aur talaffuz mein maazi ka seegha (aisa lafz jis se guzre hue waqt mein kaam ka zahir ho) ho maslan navaitu'ya niyyat ki maine behtar yeh hai ki Allahu Akbar kehte waqt niyyat hazir ho. 
》》》Farz mein yeh bhi zaroori hai ki uss khaas namaaz maslan zohr ya asr ki niyyat kare ya maslan aaj ke zohr ya farz waqt ki niyyat waqt mein kare magar jumu'ah mein farz waqt ki niyyat kaafi nahi khusoosiyat jumu'ah ki niyyat zaroori hai. 

6- Chatti shart takbeere tehreema hai 
》》》Ahadees is baare mein bohat hai ki Huzoor e Aqdas ﷺ Allahu Akbar se namaaz shuru farmate.
》》》Namaze janaza mein takbeere tehreema rukn hai baaki namazon mein shart.
